Aimin is a very successful and proven fat reduction program, developed by Mr. Lidong Shi. The 'Shi' fat reduction methodology was developed in the mid 1990's and since that time has helped many people suffering from obesity as well as those who may just have excess weight to reduce.

When first developed the program was applied at the Aimin Fat Reduction Hospital in Tianjin, China. Clients at the hospital were all treated on an inpatient level. Because of the success of the program and to accommodate the needs based on the requirements of our many and varied clientele, Aimin has also adapted the ‘Shi’ fat reduction program to treat clients at an outpatient clinic level.
